Our Team

• All of our staffs are highly qualified to either Level 5,3 & 2 in childcare with other professional qualifications, our staffs have child protection awareness and with 3 years minimum experience in childcare.

• All staff are enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked and it’s on auto DBS check.

• All staff have continuous training available to them to help develop their skills and knowledge further.

• Staff pictures and their key children are on display in the nursery.

• All our staff holds current Paediatric First Aid certificates, Safeguarding children and we have designated offers for Safeguarding, Health & safety, EAL (English as additional language) and Food Hygiene/safety.

• SENCO - Special Educational Needs Coordinator. We have experience of special/additional needs and we also get support from our local authority early years adviser and agencies.

• The nursery manager oversees the day-to-day running of the nursery and the director oversees the overall effective running of the nursery. There is a specified room leader for each room within the nursery.

• All our staffs are working in partnership with parents and we are always willing to make childcare as easy as possible for parents.
